Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within [1-3] business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or USPS postal holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship almost exclusively via USPS to ensure reliable and affordable delivery for our customers.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

  • USPS Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in [3-5] business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery in [1-3] business days.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has left our facility.

  • This email will contain your USPS tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While we pack every Amara Cafe order with care, we are not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
